JDA engineers and some contractors are responsible for the bad condition of roads in the city. Today, the rates of Tenders are coming down to 30 -40% and the BSR rate has already been reduced by 10%, which is 50% less than market rate. After 50%, 9% tax is also levied and then commission of 10% is also extracted, i.e. 50% of 20% which is 10% of 100, thus 60% rate gets reduced, now think about it that how 1 rupee work can be done in 40 paisa? This whole game will be elaborately explained in the next article.
The commission has become a legitimate right of JDA engineers, without which they won’t even pass the bill of their own father or any relative. Some contractor and engineers’ work in partnership, while some contractors and engineers have developed connections in the JDA office and with these links they take the tenders at less rates. These people remains involved in corruption activities. Sometimes special conditions are marked with certain tenders so that only their favourite contractors get the contract of that wok. Mr. Rajkumar Sharma (Additional Chief Engineer) once tried to suspend such tender which are designed specifically for one or two persons with an aim to provide them special advantage.The contractor involved in this corrupt activity got this news of action taken by Mr. Rajkumar sharma. So, he quickly contacted officer of higher designation than Mr. Rajkumar Sharma and got the contract approved by giving two to four times the money and that work was also done by some other agency.
See the extent of shamelessness, the liability period has ended and the work has not been finalized yet. Some officers have been changed, so some engineers say that the profit has been earned by the previous officers, so why should we get trapped by finalizing the bill? Both the director engineers also remain silent, because they too have crossed the extent of high level corruption.
Devi Construction Company has been working for the best quality for the past six-seven years and the quality of our work is improvingwith each passing day. Lots of important Road Items are there which were not used before or we can say that Government Engineers did not have knowledge of those Items and we taught the government Engineers that how the Roads are made. There has been a lot of improvement, as before, the JDA and PWD never madeuse of grader, the compaction was done with plain rollers. The first batch mix plant in Jaipur was brought by us, so people were made aware of its benefits. Similarly, Crusher Broken GSB was used and grading of soil to WMM was done by grader and WMM Spreading was done by Paver Machine. WMM's Density up to 2.3 and 2.4 were achieved while other contractor’s WMM density reaches only up to 1.8 to 2.0. If anyonesuspects the work done by us, then it can again be checked in front of the media. We use 30% more quantity of the products, then leave the quality, no one can even think of competing with us.
Mr. BL Jatav Superintending Engineer had approved the job mix of 2.48 density by our DBM, after which Rajkumar Sharma, who was the first complimented above, and the other high officials did not approvethat. And om the same road, density of our DBM reached 2.5- 2.6 because, Payment by Weight is done and because of 2.6 job mix, DBM consumption was done accordingly. However, the irony is that, more than a year has passed and thepayment has not been released yet. It signifies that JDA Engineer do not want to see a work being done properly. So, now only public should suggest that how these corrupt engineers should be treated. The government has also kept silent and then talks about Ramrayaj. Ramraj does not come by just talking, Ramrajyastandard will be reached by making efforts with heart and govt. will have to punish such corrupt people.so that govt. can set example for everyone, and people take a lesson, that how corrupt people are treated?
Using the appropriate procedure of democracy, this is our last attempt, if nothing happens in a month, then this will have to be treated in another way and for which only the administration will be responsible. Treatment hass to be done, so that Ramrajya can be brought otherwise, Does it matter whether it is Congress government or the BJP government?
